I'm passionate about using music to uplift and inspire others.. making a positive impact on this world!

​All Glory to Christ our Lord and King.. He enables me to sing what is in my heart and share it with others.   From a young age, i've been singing and listening to all the great famous artists.. starting with Elvis Presley, then to Mariah Carey, Whitney etc.   I started singing in high school and then onto karaoke contests.. then to studios with producers, where I learned to write my own songs.  The lyrics and melodies come to me quickly and each song has a significant meaning in my heart.  I have found my voice!

I've chased my dreams for many years.. moving from Iowa to Colorado to California and back to my hometown in Iowa to marry my amazing husband Scott James. God has directed my steps and led me to some amazing producers and musicians.   I have performed my own solo gigs, sang in some amazing bands and have led worship in several places.  

When he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.  2 Chronicles 20:21 

I grew up on a farm near Sioux City, Iowa and have dreamed about a singing career for as long as I can remember.   Music has always been what moved me the most and what I wanted to do in my life.   I left home for college at 18 and learned a lot about life while being on my own.

In 1994 I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a degree in Psychology, but was not sure what to do next.   A couple months after graduating, I went through a major life changing spiritual experience, I was touched by an angel Oct 23, 1994 and turned my life over to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.   Right after this, I started a job at Gateway computers and learned how to fix computers.  

I've done IT Tech Support work for years to support myself..  but I have learned to use my gift of music for glorifying the King of Kings and uplifting others through writing, recording. leading worship.."singing spiritual songs and hymns" as spiritual warfare.   I love to share the music God gives me!   Modern technology has made this task much easier and I look forward to what's next!
